By SLAS Spokesperson

SLAS and the Royal Faculty of Procurators presents a series of three seminars that together provide comprehensive, practice based training on conducting and managing civil litigation cases in the Sheriff Court context. These seminars are an unmissable opporrtunity to learn through practical experience under the guidance and supervision of experts in the field.

The seminars can be booked individually or as a series of three. They form part of the TCPD programme delivered jointly by SLAS and the Royal Faculty of Procurators. Spaced over six months, the course helps trainees to develop essential skills including analysis, argument, communication and pleading, while providing an invaluable opportunity for trainees from different parts of the country and from different areas of practice to meet and network.
